Are the parts new or used?
Both. Every quote states the condition: new in sealed box, new surplus (opened box, never installed) or refurbished. Refurbished units are cleaned, tested and covered by the same 12-month warranty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (USD, EUR, TRY) for companies, and card payments for smaller orders. Net-30 terms are available for repeat business customers after credit approval.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL, UPS and FedEx. Customs documents, HS codes and commercial invoices are prepared by our logistics team.
Can you source parts that are not listed?
Yes. Send the part number and we will check our partner network. Most sourcing requests are answered within five business days.
Do you buy surplus equipment?
We purchase unused and decommissioned automation equipment. Send a list with photos and we will make an offer.
